TKMNA's dental program offers coverage for a range of services to employees and their dependents, including preventive, basic and major dental procedures. The company and employee share in the cost of this coverage.
Long Term Disability Insurance:
TKMNA’s Long Term Disability program provides protection to employees should they become disabled from work for an extended period of time. The employee assumes the cost of this coverage.
Basic and Dependent Life Insurance:
Basic life as well as accidental death and dismemberment insurances are provided automatically for the employee at no cost to the employee. Employees may choose additional optional coverage at their cost.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
The company-paid EAP offers counseling to individuals trying to resolve conflict and cope with personal or professional challenges in their lives.
Employee Savings Plan STRP:
TKMNA makes it easy for employees to plan for their retirement by offering a savings program that allows employees to accumulate savings through individual before-tax and after-tax contributions.
The company assists employees in their education endeavors by reimbursing employees who successfully complete a pre-approved educational program.
TKMNA offers paid vacation, depending on length of service and observes an annual holiday schedule that includes most of the major provincial and national holidays.
